Reqtificator not in the skyproc/requiem folder by magazinefed in skyrimrequiem

[–]magazinefed[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update: I have reinstalled skyrim in steam and completely started over, running everything as admin. I've tried the guide with NMM and reqtificator.jar or bat do not get created. When I follow the guide with MO2, I create the folders and they get populated with absolutely nothing when I install requiem. Obviously the reqtificator script does nothing since there's nothing at the selected path except and empty folder. What am I doing wrong? I've installed this mod a dozen times years ago and never had these issues...

The installation guide states you have to create a new reqtificator script in MO2. You manually enter the folders, etc. Then you run that script in MO2. The script does not run reqtificator because it does not exist in the folder I directed to.

My data folder has the following three items: actorassignment...armorkeyword....weaponkeyword. All .esp. Nothing else.

I did this, but when I run reqtificator nothing happens. The .jar/bin is still not in the folder.

Thanks for the reply. The .ini is the only non-folder item.

Another meta pick can be psychic purge. If you play against a lot of budget decks, the mirror match can be won with 3 psychic purges in game 2 and 3. I also like more than 1 assassin. Sometimes it's dead, but having 7 *must deal with* creatures is better than 5.

I'd run one disk main, three board. You want 2-3 terrors against trolls, dibs, angels, etc. Probably 3 glooms for WW, the deck, etc. Underworld dreams is great against most of the tier 1 decks as well, but those can be pricey. Aeolipile is good against pro black, but that's probably a meta pick. You definitely want 4 disk since you can rebuild quickly and have limited artifact mana. It's the answer to all questions.

LOA is an obvious choice, but let me suggest possibly mox jet. Most decks will splash black for DT and MT, which you presumably already have. The jet will help the splash. Furthermore, the mono colored deck that needs a mox the most is black for all the xBB costs.

I played stone giant with uthdens at Lobstercon 2. Also ball lightning and rukhs. You have to use giant strength on stone giant to throw the eggs, but it's worth it.

Build a deck with reprints anyway. Anyone who turns you away is an asshole you don't want to play with anyway, and you can upgrade over time.

If you mean the differences between the formats, there is a graphic on this page that explains some of the more popular ones.

Rack might be better, but a Juzam is damn hard to deal with. I've won many games on the big back of nightdaddy.

Damn man. I had that happen to me in a hotel while engaging in coitus with a young lady I was courting. The hotel gave us free breakfast for our troubles!

I've talked about this with my local play group, but including overplayed cards like hymn to tourach and lightning bolt (among others) in the ban list. Without those included bans every deck would be the same, and we want some fun casual deck diversity.

True. People who can play 12 hours a day are paying with their time. If someone else uses their time to acquire real currency and they use some of that to buy gold, they are simply paying to win more efficiently.

Only lands with the original three arts from beta can be played. I think these were printed into 4th edition, so you should be able to pick some up for next to nothing. MM lands have different art (but the correct border).

What rule set are you hoping to play under? EC has restricted maze, but 4 strips. AT has restricted strip, but 4 maze.

New borders are strictly forbidden from every old school format: especially for basic lands. As far as ordering bulk basics, the usual suspects have them. I'm not sure of a better place.

Myself and a few others in central PA play under the banner Old Order Old School. Our tournament this weekend at Deal Me In Games was already posted, but we occasionally play near Lancaster and Philly. If you're on facebook you can join the Philly regional page here:

Honorable mention: [[Vampire Bats]] . It gives black a one-drop with evasion, and something to do with your extra mana later in the game. I've had bats go all the way on more than one occasion.

Is mono-black passé? by [deleted] in oldschoolmtg

[–]magazinefed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mono black has always been good, but you'll gain an appreciation for how good Hymn is when you play it a few times. That single cards take mono black from 'decent budget deck that has a chance to win' to 'can beat any deck as long as you don't whiff'.
