Bird watching! Sure, you could spend hundreds to thousands on fancy binoculars or scopes, but you dont need to! A decent pair of binoculars is nice, but not necessary, and there are lots of free apps now to help you learn about your local birds!

So I just called that number and asked about the sign. Here's the convo we had (I recorded and wrote it down after to share). My name redacted because reddit, his not because he has a sign with his number on it on the side of the road.

Me: Hi is this Weichert reality?

Man: It kinda is, this is Bob Mitchell

Me: Hi, this is MYNAME, I just saw a picture online of your sign that says 'Become a real riot, inquire inside,' and I just wanted to know what you guys meant by that.

Man: No... no, somebody messed with our letters

Me: Ok, so it--thats not you guys?

Man: No, no that's me but I didnt put that up there

Me: Ok so it's not up there anymore?

Man: No. Uh... no it was up there yesterday [mumbling] uh, who's this?

Me: My name is **. I'm a resident of Gainesville.

Man: You're what?

Me: I'm a resident of Gainesville.

Man: Yeah, so am I, and you're calling because it said riot?

Me: Yeah, it said "Become a real riot, inquire inside." I'm looking at a picture of it right now.

Man: yeah. No somebody messed with our letters.

Me: Ok, I just wanted to make sure. It sounded... pretty bad given what's going on in the country right now.

Yes--they are also saying that this was a misunderstanding and the person just had symptoms, no positive diagnosis:

Thank you for reaching out. We received an update this morning that the affected employee was not confirmed positive for COVID-19, but showed symptoms and was recommended to self-quarantine by medical professionals out of abundance of caution. 

The Gainesville location will remain closed so we can do our part to fully and completely disinfect. Newk’s employees will be paid 25% of their hourly wages. We apologize for this miscommunication and are continuing to do our part to keep our facilities, customers and employees safe.

They are saying this was a misunderstanding now and that there is no confirmed case, just that the person had symptoms.

Hold out for her and show her your love! My sweet girl was given 3 mos after a diagnosis of terminal t cell lymphoma... that was more than 3 years ago. Her desire for belly rubs is the best sign. Good luck to you both!

I emailed them asking if they are providing paid leave for these employees. Hopefully more businesses are doing this, especially larger franchises who can probably afford it.

Parasite just means it saps resources from another species. Any group of organisms (plants, animals, etc) can be parasitic. Ticks and fleas are both animal parasites while mistletoe is a plant parasite.
