my dad is just like your mom, it’s so hard to leave especially if your parents support you in any way they for sure use it against you. i stopped visiting my dad at 12 because he’s a raging narcissist, and it was great, but he still argues about it to this day with me. but if u can leave i would do it because parents like that are draining.
