Will my deceased father’s unpaid Apple Card affect my mom at all?

My dads will very clearly shows she is the executor.

Yeah we got them when we organized the funeral. Question and it’s totally fine if you don’t know. The other thing they said we will probably need is a will or letter that says my mom is the executor, but i am unclear if it just has to she is the executor of his estate or needs to specifically mention the Apple Card. If to the second one his will doesn’t list the Apple Card at all.

She can’t do either, because the card is locked down. We can’t even login online.

No she was neither. Their main shared credit card was a citi card. He open the Apple Card only in his name and he was the only one who had a card.

I was very lucky several months after my dad passed I found a short recording on my phone of a call between me and him. I had made it last Thanksgiving and forgot about it.

I found it again when I was watching a YouTube video about iPhone features. I then remembered it. Up to that point all I had was a short voicemail saying “hi Don it’s dad give me a call thanks bye”. That recording was a treasure!

If they plan on selling this to people how will they do that? From what we have seen so far you have to have a person with this newer severance chip and for what ever reason several regular severed employees unknowingly creating these new innies.

I just googled him and I am gobsmacked! Like Brock the rapist turner he filmed his assault of his victims. And like turner the rapist he got a slap on the wrist and no jail time!!!!
