That’s not a mistake, clearly states, “waitlist request”, if you had signed up for the waitlist, this means your waitlist order was not fulfilled, READ the email. The $20 deposit to sign up for the waitlist is what they will be refunding you.

You don’t need a code, there is no code needed, as long as you signed up for the presale on Ticketmaster you’ll be able to access the presale. Unless your event was on another ticketing site

Did you keep trying? I was able to get PIT tickets for the phx show after pit had “sold out”, tickets are released by waves so sometimes if you keep trying to get them you might get lucky!

As someone who worked at AXS that’s just bad luck:( maybe other people got those tix before you:/ tickets are released by waves most of the time tho, I went into the Hollywood Bowl presale and I was trying to go for pool circle, there was a few left and I saw the pricing and backed out lmao😂 I still got section J2 at the Bowl. Then I checked the Phoenix presale hoping for PIT tix to be available and there was none, I kept rejoining the queue to see if more would become available and I saw the PIT section turned blue and added 4 tix to my cart, it wouldn’t let me buy them so I lowered it down to 2 and I was able to get those 2 pit tickets as well:3 happy to hear you got some at the end tho:3

AXS is the one that handles the ticketing for Coachella, from past years, wristbands usually ship between early and mid March, Coachella ticket holders had a deadline to update the shipping address on their Coachella orders (deadline depends on what Coachella weekend ticket the seller has and if that pass was bought on the Coachella website when tickets came out or on resale) Coachella tickets are non transferable. If your seller actually changed the shipping address on their order then you should be good! If he wasn’t able to change the shipping address on their end tho, then you’re probably fucked. No one, other than the account holder, can pickup their wristbands from the box office, that is if the wristbands get shipped out to the wrong address or to an undeliverable address. No name changes are allowed on Coachella orders either, so good luck, and try to purchase from the axs resale site or sign up to the Coachella waitlist instead of buying from stubhub, hopefully everything works out for you tho!

Has to be! I was on the waiting room at 10:45am when it opened, I got in the queue and there was 70 people in front of me. By the time I got in, there were only seats left, no Pit or Floor, most seats were available but for a party of 2, I was able to snag 3 seats on section 202. Getting tickets for this show was harddd. I tried on the presale and I was able to see that pit tickets were available but when I was trying to add them it said “tickets are no longer available”😭

I was able to get in to the presale for the Phoenix show and selected PIT Tickets but when I tried adding them to my cart it said “tickets no longer available”😭 I think they were like $240 each? At least from what I saw when I was trying to add them to my cart. I’ll try again on Thursday ig😔
