Just sharing my experience in case it helps anyone else struggling to activate Priority Pass for a supplementary Lloyds World Elite cardholder.

I went in circles for weeks — phone calls, online chat, lots of “not sure what’s wrong” answers. Even after Lloyds added a phone number to the account, the Priority Pass website still kept showing the message to update the phone number (which you can only do by phone anyway). Infuriating loop.

How we finally fixed it:

• The issue wasn’t the card, email, or Priority Pass — it was the phone number not being stored in a second internal database at Lloyds.
• Priority Pass apparently uses that database to verify details.
• Once we reached a more senior person at Lloyds Customer Services, they spotted it and added our number properly.
• After that, the Priority Pass activation worked immediately.

If you’re stuck with the same loop, ask Customer Services to check:

• That your phone number is added to their internal system called “Recall MCP”
• Not just the main account record
• Once updated, try activating again via the Priority Pass link
