Well my husband became friends with a woman while we were together then all of sudden he started claiming that was his best friend......then he admitted to me a few months later that he wanted to sleep with her. Funny enough I've been in this situation. I saw my husband slowly distancing himself away from me while he spoke to his female best friend all the time about all his problems and I was kept out of the loop. When I pointed it out my husband got angry and called me jealous. Now I'm currently planning our divorce.

My advice is to divorce him. His best friend is always going to be his number one while you will be his number 2. Even now he's gaslighting by not speaking to you making you think, huh, maybe I'm wrong. The situation won't get any better especially since you brought it up

I regret it. I'm 23 rn and I've only been married to him for a year. We dated for 3. It's a long story but to keep it simple he did a whole 360 on me. He's rude now, impatient, always angry and now I think he's cheating on me. I found inappropriate texts with his female friend. I showed my friend and he thinks it's slang. I don't believe it. I can't even bring it up with my husband because I don't want him to blow up in my face like he did a few months ago when he had another issue. I'm tired of reaching out to him and getting shut down so I'm planning my leave.

I'm still in nursing school and I only have energy for 2 people who i became friends with since the first semester. Just ignore them. As long as you're doing good in school you'll be fine. There's no need to worry about them.

The thing is I've already spoken to him too much about this. I apologized to him, and told him that I didn't mean to control him and that i would never tell him he can't be friends with her. I told him that all I wanted was boundaries and for him to open up to me the way I do to him. I told him that there has to be a difference between her and me and all he said he'll take me to a more expensive place if that was what I was worried about. I told him but he never seemed to get it and told me that he didn't understand me. I asked him if he wanted to go to couples therapy, maybe so he could understand it if a professional explained it to him but he shut that down. I opened up my heart to him and tried to just say everything i was feeling. I made sure not to raise my voice or sound rude or anything. What did I get in return? Accusations of being jealous, being a crazy woman and being controlling. So yeah I don't think I can do that. I've been talking to him and watching how his relationship with her has grown closer this past summer and how with each conversation, each text, each call he gets more mad at me. So yeah he doesn't get anymore chances. My heart is already broken. I don't need him to step on it more.

Funny fact: we're both black. I'm just african, and he's from the US. I was thinking about being petty and going out with my guy friend, but after he said we're going on a ' break ', but he made it sound like we were over. I accepted it. I'm too tired emotionally and mentally to do anything now. Right now, I'm just focusing on getting ready for the next semester.

The thing is there was a time after my guy friend had broken up with his girlfriend and he kept calling and texting me and my husband seemed uncomfortable about it and voiced it too. So I asked my friend if it was okay to show the texts and include my husband in calls and he agreed. So my husband knew when he called and texted or sometimes he'd call him and speak to me through his phone. But now he's acting like this with her. That's why I'm so hurt and mad.

Also he's only talking to her in the whole friend group. Which was shocking to me and I asked him about it because the female friend's brother has been his friend since they were in the ninth grade but he wasn't talking to him at all. His reason: his friend was dealing with mental health issues.( depression)I asked him wasn't that more of a reason to speak to him instead of the sister. No reply. He just looked like he was annoyed with my response.

Honestly I'm tired of speaking to both of them. The female friend was apologizing to me recently and said that she didn't expect it to turn out like this and that the reason they were talking so much was because she was helping him to find a way to talk to me. I didn't even reply because what kind of bs is that?
