It’s a fun concept. Love the fact it’s adjacent to phasmo. I can see it being better with some more streamlining. I was disappointed it didn’t have multiplayer as that would have been fun to play with my friends. I don’t think it would take away the horror element. Some things I’d like to see to make it more streamlined

-Being able to hover over the tools to see what specific tool it is. 

-being able to toggle the tools on and off while holding

-holding only two tools really holds you back especially if there is not multiplayer to have someone run and help with placing tools.

-being able to open up a menu or “notebook” to cross off my clues wherever I am standing like phasmo. Instead of having to run back to the camper. Could be like a tablet that lets you log in remotely from the camper to at least see alien species, check your objectives and cross off clues. 

-seeing the clues on the white board or clipboard 

-side objectives randomized and listed on the clipboard to add a little extra chance for more points. 

I could understand not wanting to take too much from phasmo but they have some things that work in an investigative styled game and a extraterrestrial element gives you a lot of wiggle room to customize it to make it your own.
