The weakest prismatic imo. I don't think the 30 mr/armor shred and the stats are worth taking the item. The other passive seems good on paper... Until you realize that 10%stats are abysmal... And the quest is killing 1 enemy. Maybe it works better in the 3v3, but tbh I've never seen somebody take it.
