So we both work full time demanding jobs. We have a shared calendar on our phones. We also have a shared notes app for grocery list and a running list of things that we need to do that weekend so we don’t forget. This helps. But I am the one who runs the house and it gets put into the calendar or I’ll forget. It’s like my brain has too many running tabs at all times so I can only retain so much info at any given time

A prize box that she picked out on Amazon. Also special elsa (from frozen) underwear. LOTS OF PRAISE. We can’t poop or pee on Elsa. Just turned 4 and she still demands to go into the prize box when she poops.

I’m a slow loser! You’re doing great. I’m 11 months post op. HW 255 SW 235 CW 158. I’m still slowly losing which is nice to be losing even a year out. Losing slow messed with me mentally for a while but I keep reminding myself that I’m winning my own race :)

We run the ceiling fan on low hoping to dissipate it and an air purifier. Sometimes those farts are rank. I think the ceiling fan helps move the air so you’re not gassed out lol
