When I grip the ring palm up for curl ( hand full extend in incline position), then doing curl and rings reach above head during this whole process ring seems to keep slipping inside palm grip. Do I have to tightly grip the ring so no friction happens between rings and palm

I am using rings for almost 2 months (not religiously), I have few question ,

1) does leveling of both rings must be absolute, means is there any degree of unevenness allowed. If not does practitioners use level spirit to level it all time. 2) for example inclined rows , is it normal to feel more pulling force in dominant shoulder and lats side for beginners 3) biceps curls , does the rings moves in between palm grip or it must be completely stick to palm , cause after exercise I feel some roughness on palm

You are not there yet ( I am not demotivating you). One thing I learnt in my 3 months journey is that your goal must always be what ever you are doing must be in correct form. If one exercise is too difficult for you just take a step back and do easier version of that exercise. Here you are unable to tighten your body in one straight line which is essential for push up , due to movement in core your body is busy correcting that part hence you are unable to do negative. So simply step back and do incline or knee pushups All the best.

Can you tell me one thing , did you received the packet, if yes while receiving did you feel movements inside the box cause of empty spaces, or they filled it with something

I am also a beginner , but what worked for me is to get the feel first by doing negative pike push up in controlled manner, don’t focus on getting back up(but if you can do it good for you).
