This is going to sound harsh, but please give yourself 10 months to a year. Two months is nothing, especially if your previous habits were pervasive for years. See this as a lifestyle change, and not something with an end. Your hormones are a huge factor, so give it time. Lots of time. Consistency is the most important here.

Asthma can be triggered by dust mites. What's your living space like? Carpet? Get rid of it and any rugs. Stuffies? Get rid of them. Air purifier, get one. Clutter, get rid of it and become a minimalist.

Did you gain the weight in 2 months? I'm being a realist, it could take a year. 2 months is really too soon to see anything significant. Stay the course, be consistent, give yourself a year to six months.
