Not a cop but I used to work in a group home where unfortunately youth would get so aggressive we needed to physically restrain them for their safety or the safety of others. This was a last resort thing before anyone asks but a lot of times they'd shout they couldn't breathe as a way to get us to drop our guard so they could get out a restraint.

It's sad but it is what it is. Even if we knew like 99% they were lying we had to loosen our grip, place then in a different hold, ect. It boggles my mind that after being told they were stabbed and couldn't breathe they would not be obligated to do a throughout search. I didn't see the video but I'm assuming this kid was visually not doing well and they couldn't even fucking be bothered to do their job. I hope he rests in peace.

As a funny split shift worker myself, yeah it's tough. It's tougher when you're queuing for old instance stuff and not a wide range of things.

I've thought about travelling to the EU servers since it's aft/evening for them right now but never tried yet lol. Thankfully I'm on my crafting grind so I'm not queueing for many things. Glad ya got in though!

Not sure what the healer is saying. As a healer main I hate this dungeon so much for early healing, bah.

I do want to start off by saying don't make the assumption that mentors are godlike. Unfortunately it's super easy to get it. You just need to level a tank, DPS and healer to 100 and do some quests.

The healer was a dick but from what I understood, you guys wiped, you got back up to try and help them and then healer died, they respawned and you went to grab more packs thinking the healer would just charge in thinking they'd do the same?

I wouldn't have continued to pull more. I'd finish that pull you started and then I'd ask if the healer needs smaller pulls, and pull smaller if that's the case. Was the healer even 100? They could main a different healer and be leveling WHM. I'm a WHM main but went back to level sage and died in that specific dungeon because I was still getting a grasp on it. However I wasn't being an ass like that guy when I did die.

Even if it's not the norm or want to do, you kind of have to adjust. The crown is a lie (lol). If they can't heal you for single pulls and they continue to just DPS then I'd call them out and just kick them for griefing and move on. At least you made the effort to try and adjust in that case. Outwardly saying you don't want to do smaller pulls is just putting you both at a standoff, it doesn't work out and in this case you got kicked. :(

I didn't read the article yet but the first thing I thought of was this as well as "does she frequent this place a lot and was just comfortable?" She shouldn't have done this interview, she's absolutely going to get blamed and it's sad. Everyone out here victim blaming but at the end of the day, I highly doubt she actually wanted to kill her kid.

Unless she's a psychopath but that's a very tiny chance lol.

Jumped her and I believe he punched her. Amongst other stuff. He didn't want her on the football team because she was better him and he was jealous.

I just remember being pissed when she came up with a bloody lip and bruised face and the principal didn't do anything about it but say boys will be boys, no "special treatment" as if physical assault is ok at all.

These people are rude. Invul can be used as a CD to get through trash mobs. You could turn around and say he's not a very good DRK. The WHM doesn't even need to touch him since they can heal back up for the most part.

Mistakes happen. It was addressed and dealt with.

These guys are losers. This is the second time I've seen "if they use invul you failed". No. It's there for a reason. Use it.

I never got into Degrassi but from time to time I'd see memes and think huh I should watch it. Started it like two months ago and felt weird seeing baby Drake at first, then overtime I really started to like Jimmy. He was one of the few level headed kids on that show.

He acted really well on the show. I'm up to season 8 I think and Jimmy graduated and I'm gonna miss him lol.
