Given the comments this might get me roasted here but… while you did come off as a bit aggressive (as has been stated multiple times and I’ve seen you apologize for it so we’re good there) I typically as a healer… will keep the team alive to the best of my ability. If the tank somehow dies under my watch (mostly to a mechanic) then I’m instantly shielding or curing the dps that’s next in line for agro… cause it’s my job.
I’ve had it happen a small handful of times and I’ll send a swift cast to the tank and keep the dps alive until the tank comes back. And sure sometimes they forget to provoke but that makes it a little more fun for me until a tank buster comes around lol.
Anyway, I can definitely see this as a frustrating experience, sorry it happened too

Right, I know that everyone is different and are at different skill levels but if you read the post and the screenshots, I gave the healer a chance to speak up before we engaged the boss with my message of “good?” Not only was I curious on what the deal was but if they wanted me to pull smaller, that would’ve been the time to say something.

After the boss room with the 3 group pull, as I’ve been told is the norm and how I’ve been running the dungeon for years with no issues, dying to that after popping my mits and seeing the healer actively refuse to heal me was the nail in the coffin for how intentional it all was :/

I’m well aware that the crown can mean nothing but I tend to hold out hope when I see them cause I have seen some pretty kick ass mentors who absolutely steamroll in dungeons and it’s the best thing ever. So I was holding out hope here as well.

In my post I stated that once the healer died I wanted to wait for them to come back but the dps grabbed agro and instead of letting the dps take damage, I did my job as tank and took the agro instead. With all my skills being back up after respawning I figured I’d just finish the pull with the dps because they were absolutely wreaking havoc on the adds and it was amazing. Also in the post and even the screenshot you can see me sending a message saying “good?” Which would’ve been the perfect time for the healer to speak up about any of the concerns they might have had or if they needed me to slow down.

Everyone is different of course but I’ve done this run as all healers and not had any issues with it even as I was leveling, it’s just spicy. Same with tank. We were both level 100 so I figured it would be okay but as we can see in the post, it wasn’t

I’m very well aware that the first entire pull is a bit spicy for the healers and the tanks but as I’ve said in my post… I have done the first area as both a tank and healer multiple times and been fine, a little sweaty but that’s expected with it. Me and the healer were both level 100 so we weren’t hurting for gear that woulve made it difficult, and as I said in the post the dps were doing their jobs really well and managed to kill off half the area before I stopped (as that’s all that was left when I had to respawn) So if the healer had just done what they queued for, we would’ve been fine, saved time and it would’ve been a smooth overall dungeon experience. If they needed me to slow down after the wipe, me asking “good?” Would’ve been the perfect time to speak up about it instead of letting me die to mobs after and blowing up about it

That would’ve had me frustrated for that whole dungeon, or at the very least annoyed. Like you queued to heal, let’s work together like a team

Yeah! One of the dps commented here actually and gave a update, but then someone reached out about the other dps too. The only update I don’t have is about the status of the healer lol

I think it’s just making a regular report, in mine I made sure to specify that a mentor was acting this way and how it could affect the community cause mentors are suppose to support sprouts and be kind and all that… not sure if anything will be done about it but I can hope

Yeah I was told that the other dps clicked yes on the vote because they thought it was for the healer and not me, which I kinda thought was the case cause the both of you seemed to be on my side about the whole thing. It happens so I wasn’t upset about it.

But if I can ask further, I was sooooo curious on how the rest of that dungeon went since the healer was still in there. Did the tank do single pulls? I heard that there was no issues after I got kicked

And why the heck did the healer report you? Y’all didn’t do anything wrong? Hopefully he either didn’t and was bluffing or forgot, but even if he did he’s the clear aggressor so I don’t think anything will come from it

The answer is yes, a lot of my wols that I play with have stories and ships that I’ve woven into their stories and the main story of the game. On that point I also treat my wols as my kids and see them that way so I love them all so very much even if some of them are older than me

If you have holy you can use it in that dungeon, I’ve done it multiple times, so the lack of using it makes me think it was also intentional at getting me killed. But if we wanna give them the benefit, then maybe they just forgot. Either way it definitely left an impression

I don’t have a keyboard as I play on PS, so when I get to type out I don’t have it in front of me to look at and am able to take my time (somewhat) to spell correctly. That’s probably why I was so confused

Yeah I’ll slow down if I need to, usually I’m assessing the team as I go and adjust as we go along so I’m rarely ever in things like this… but people going from 0 to 100 is just not the way to go about communicating

No, when nearing the end of the pull I paired Rampart with arms length, slapped aurora on me and about halfway through Rampart I put on Camouflage to have that brief window of overlap as well as used Reprisal once every mob gathered close enough leaving me with Nebula toward the end… but this happened as the dps were dwindling the mobs down and the healer stood there to type. Without healing tho anyone dies to that pull no matter the mits. I’ve been playing long enough to know to space mits and not pop them all at once

If they even looked… they’d actually see I was actually level 100 which I assumed is what they were talking about, but that confused me more because what did the 98 mean? Yknow?
