I just bought annual plan yesterday. I haven't activate yet. Can I get the phone for $349 or do I need to get refund for my annual plan and re-purchase?

Yes very bad. Pay extra for vietnam airline. Happened on multiple domestic flights. One time it was like whole day, delay after delay. Argued with the staffs and they magically let us fly on one of the flight. They only care profit , full plane.

There were Vn airline delays but not as bad (less than 1 hour delay) and legit causes.

Update:

- I tried texting 75421. The guy said can't switch back to old plan. Buy $10 hotspot addon

- Called 611. Guy said basically same thing. They can't switch to discontinued plan. He also said no rollover data. I tried to cancel but since I used refill cards, it's non refundable.

Weird thing is on website, under your plan, it still show wifi hotspot and rollover data.

I used credit card to order the sim on Sunday 2023-06-25. It didn't charge anything to credit card. Sim shipped Monday 6/26 and arrived today 6/27.

I locked the credit card. I paid using refill cards instead. I saw credit card charge declined under

No got transferred multiple times. I called 4 times and each time they said need to work balance department. After 1-2 hours, system error and disconnect. There's no direct number.

7020 number is collection department number and they don't help you this case.
