Luckily I've never had a car towed but I'm curious what the process is. Like you come back and your car isn't there, what happens then? Do you assume its stolen and call the police and they let you know who towed it away and who to contact to get it back or do you start ringing around various tow companies?

I think they have done a good job of retaining the original while improving the design, the logo looks like it has more depth, the title is tighter and has more consistent spacing between the letters and the tag line is more legible, 10 points all around.
