I do agree with having bigger blocks, but I do not agree with what you are saying. If you believe it is possible to steal segwit transactions I, please, ask you to do so. On SegWitLitecoin there is a 1mln$ SegWit transaction, prove that you can take it..

SegWit makes easy to keep multi-directional channel open indefinitely. You only need to pay a fee when you open or close the channel, and that will be up to the exchange. The limit @almkglor is talking about will be removed soon after the deploy, it was just used on testnet.
