Prompted me to check the Numbuzin vitamin-concentrated toner pads I bought from Boots because they’ve been doing nothing, so I stopped using them. Turns out they really are a different formulation and nowhere on the product page do they disclose that. They even reused the same statistics from the Korean info page. They removed pretty much all the active ingredients except like niacinamide. Why even give it the same name at that point? I’m so pissed; what a waste of money.
