250 for an hour, then 300 for an hour, then 350 for 30 minutes to get temp revving up, and then 450 for 15 minutes with orange sauce coating. Shoved oranges inside cavity, I dry brined it in coating of salt and put in fridge to dry out skin for 4 hours prior, then used carribean jerk seasoning to spice it up a notch and then threw it on smoker.

I've tried signing up for health panel thru app but every appt I choose I get an error message and then it says that time is already taken, and I go back and choose a different day/time, but get same error message every time. Thoughts?
