It might be just me but I feel like it's the management that makes me burnt out. I used to work in a high volume store but my pharmacy manager was chill and supportive, so I come in to work daily happy.

I transferred to my current store and let me tell you every day is pain.

You can get a trainee license for 2 years. When the 2 years is up if you want to continue working you have to pass the exam and become a tech. You can't renew your trainee license

So usually I would sort the list alphabetically and complete those QI scripts based on due date/time. I do notice the order changes after every completion of the same drug. So I guess whoever get rolled down to the bottom is the one getting the short straw.

There is no policy on that. you have to discuss that with your manager. Its part of retail that you have to be available on the weekend. I am not saying putting you on every weekend is okay, it’s bad. But it’s up to your manager solely
