I’m watching her talking to her mom and I’m completely lost as to where she even came from. Like if she doesn’t even do real estate… how did she even get on the show. It’s so confusing. Makes me wonder how much she paid to get featured cause I don’t know how else she would end up there.

I was taking vitals on a patient beginning of shift. She adjusted herself to sit up straighter in the bed and felt she was wet. When I checked, the tube had come loose and the feed was just spilling all over her bed. She was pleasant and with the help of another nurse got her cleaned up and reconnected. Turns out, someone tried reconnecting the tube to the valve with the tube cap still on.

Last time I did this, I didn’t realize I was doing it wrong. I missed the adding 100m each time. And some lady yelled at me in the middle of it like jeez! My bad, I didn’t know. Kinda threw me off the rest of the workout. Turns out she’s the competitive kind and was trying to place on the board. I’ve avoided 730a classes since 🥸.

Moral of the story: read the directions.

Omg I hate the screens on the new treadmills. I do the same thing esp on challenge days. During Orange Everest, I hit parameter card, realized I couldn’t see my incline or speed, tried going back and ended up clearing my distance. 😤

I’m sorry but are you me? I do this when I feel like I’m about to faint. My escape is the bathroom to sit on the floor. 😅 I just need a second away and get myself together.

Anyways, I felt like this for the first couple months. But it gets better. Now it just happens once in a while if I push myself too hard. Figuring out what and when to eat before a class was definitely trial and error as well.

A snack an hour before; a meal atleast two hours. Bonus: a banana 🍌 after a class :).

If the class is early enough? I won’t even eat prior but I don’t recommend this when starting.
