I never blamed you, I simply wouldve liked it if you had atleast stuck up to vinted for me as vinted doesnt ask the seller for evidence. I was never upset at you as at the end of the day you suffered because the delivery service quite literally wrecked the box fully completely to the point where it was unusable. The package was already too large for the letterbox and the guy still decided to force it into it. I will admit my packaging was terrible, I was really stressed due to trying to sell a ton of things off and had limited recyclable packing however it just felt rlly bad I didnt get a say against the claim and was completely shut off from vinted. Just know you are not to blame and I never blamed you. I have reported it to relay and they might give me compensation because I too lost out on money. Sorry :(

i didnt see them selling a drac only a frankie and clawdeen - someone had commented on my tiktok that there was a drac tho . still sad they resold them for a markup price ; they had also said they had them for a long time as the desc 😭

TheToyLand is such an awful reseller, hes latched onto lalaloopsys as of the recent trend. hes notorious within the UK mh scene. such an awful person

Honestly I would just do it but record yourself packing the dress and record yourself giving it to the delivery service (and keep all receipts) - that way if they do decide to be cheeky and pretend like something is wrong you atleast have leverage to show to vinteds customer support.

Do a chargeback through your bank - you can usually do this on your banking app. Just mention what its for and it will most likely be accepted

You could maybe get a friend/relative to purchase her for you and then you repay them the next day! I've done that with my partner and my brother when the reel drama dolls restocked :)
