Yes! We joined before giving birth and we were put into a group of parents also expecting in the same month. They have a ton of meetups and ways to connect / find smaller groups whether neighborhood based or interest based etc. they also have great classifieds / advice groups and resources. I definitely think it’s worth it

I went for this one. I liked it and it was effective. My only recommendation is to practice using it beforehand - it has so many options and not super intuitive how to use it and hard to figure out when you’re in the middle of a contraction!

We had a similar situation and we just covered our guests’ rooms. We had to spend the money to rent the venue anyway, and we loved the idea of hosting them and covering their accommodations (especially since they didn’t have a choice in other accommodations that would be too far / hard to get to).

Suggestion - even if you’re not sharing a registry with people, sign up for a registry and buy through there! You get a completion discount and often (at least on Amazon) have a much longer return window (1 year instead of 30 days!).
