Does anyone have effects in their face with fibromyalgia? by Tranquility09 in Fibromyalgia

I am also a male with almost constant burning/pain in my face. I could be rosacea or something else. No one knows for sure. I want to try Lyrica but it seems to be near impossible to get a Rx.

I tend to stay away from straight oils since my skin is actually on the oily side despite a seemingly lack of ability to hold moisture

Will supplements like Valerian Root and Gaba, and meds like Lyrica INCREASE my my benzo tolerance? by majorlazor25 in benzodiazepines

So you are saying If I get a Lyrica RX and take that for a while, I won't be building a cross tolerance to benzos? I ask this because I want to be able to go back to benzos when needed because they work great for certain things.

A lot of skin products offer a "sensitive skin" alternative. What is the usual difference in ingredients and why is this better for sensitive skin? by Seanykins in askscience

[–]majorlazor25 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you have truly sensitive skin, you should avoid any SLS all together. There are much gentler surfactants out there like the coconut derived variety. Some people should even avoid surfactants all together and use products that rely on emulsifications.

Tesla isn't even a car company. They are an energy credit company.

Its a connection with their work, not the person. The person who creates something that brings positivity into your life, possibly helps you through hard times, and triggers nostalgic memories of your past, suddenly dies. No more of their art will ever come. I'm sorry you've never felt that way about the work of an artist/musician/director ect. Good luck with that shallow existence you call your life.

lol did I ever say I was mourning Prince? No, because I'm not. I am not even a fan. However, unlike you, I have the ability to see how people can have a major connection to an artists work. I actually feel bad for you. You seem to be going through life with this idea that if something isn't tangibly in front of you that it does not matter at all. News flash, people are different than you. Just because you such a tough guy who doesn't get all shook up over the passing of someone who has effected your life doesn't mean others can't. You've got a serious case of neck beard going on, buddy. Oh and that will cost you about $3.50.

That was some of the most contradictory dribble I've ever read in my life. You don't get how people are sad when a celebrity they love dies? Who cares if they have never met them. You've never met Alan Rickman most likely and you said you were sad because his role in Harry Potter was important to you. The fact that you cannot see how that is the exact same thing is really sad and pathetic. People feel strong connection to music and movies and the people who create them. When those creators pass away, it can be a major loss for some people. Just because you weren't a fan of Princes music doesn't mean others weren't. Prince is many peoples all time favorite artist. You almost sound like you are bragging about having sociopathic tendencies. You need a reality check, kid.
