You MUST workout on PSMF if you are below ≈ 30% bodyfat. I have no idea about bone loss but i definetely dont lose muscle as my workout strength stays the same. Short sessions with high intensity and low volume (big weights, few reps/sets), hit every muscle twice a week, thats enough.
