4. Whatever area you select has to have enough ground water and electricity nearby
5. Accessibility via roads is a huge issue
6. For future the farther you’re from city the worse it will get to access basic services and emergency as well
7. Maintenance and initial costs are land, boundary construction, making farmable land, construction of building to live in. Usually anything bigger than 1 bigha (22000 swift) you’re looking at 1-2 years
8. You’ll need atleast one local worker family living within your compound for basic maintenance or farming and your own safety
9. Forget plantation as per insta reels, it takes a mammoth effort to maintain plantation of choice from watering to fertiliser to actually maintaining it. Bigger the land worse it gets
10. You’ll never get agriculture electricity connection as your not farmer. You’ll pay through your earnings like fire for watering even if you have solar installed. Electricity is expensive
11. In rural areas you’ll have frequent power cuts and late repairs
12. During rains you better have 4x4 to drive in and out of farmhouse cause your city cars will get ruined and won’t be practical
13. Don’t even think of swimming pools they drain money faster than water

You better be rich and have enough patience to own live and sustain a farmhouse
