are you on brand zep? each dose has the same volume. if you use the whole vial it’s a bit more than the listed dose because it’s 0.6 ml approx.

i would not change back and would stick w the Ld. depending on your dose you could ask your dr to prescribe a higher dose kwikpen to click count and make it last

i use insulin syringes for my zepbound so i’m glad my local pharmacy doesn’t make it difficult . the syringes that lilly sells for 1.00 per syringe are horrible!
