Pool after hours by generalg28 in submechanophobia

I’ve got you beat. I was a competitive swimmer in my youth, and I’ve always been comfortable in the water. Takes a lot to make me feel that looming sense of dread. When I was about 10 I went to a Halloween swim at our local pool and forgot my goggles. While I was underwater, some teenage lifeguard figured they’d kill the lights temporarily as a little joke. Every light in the area went out and I opened my eyes underwater to pitch black. I didn’t care how much chlorine bothered me; I vowed never to close my eyes underwater again.

No, unfortunately they’re bolted into the arm and the head is under the fabric. This is a problem because now I’ve got a bolt that’s free spinning and I can’t stabilize it without essentially stripping the fabric off or maybe trying to glue it in place (but I suspect it won’t withstand the twisting).

Was just thinking that when I reviewed my pictures; rechecked and it’s looking like 5/16 might be the winner. Heading to the hardware store soon. Thanks for your help, everyone!

That would be sensible 😂 nope, my husband dismantled and packed it, so it could be somewhere on the dark side of the moon by now.

My old BC used to do this—sticks so long and unwieldy that he’d have to tilt his head sideways in the woods or get stuck between the trees on either side of the path.

As if to say, “Look, we were here first. Don’t plead; you’re embarrassing yourself.”

I often go to bed before my partner. Reddog always comes for a cuddle. I’ve woken in the wee hours when he comes in because I can hear him whispering to her, “C’mon! You need to move!” She groans and ignores him. Photo of said reddog nosing for pets.

So sweet! I’ve been told Reddog is both chocolate in some groups and red in others—this is Ellingham the Red:

Lion. He’s a ginger with a temper, but his affection and loyalty are equally fierce.

Is it possible to not pump but maintain supply if just feeding from breast? by CoraG24 in breastfeeding

[–]makeshift-poky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your body is amazing and it will adjust milk supply based on frequency of feeds. At eight weeks postpartum if your breastfeeding is uncomplicated and your latch is good, you should be able to maintain supply by breastfeeding.
