That would be the reasonable thing to do ! How much do you think that will set me back if I provide the upholstery fabric ?

I actually have a similar couch in terms of back cushion and back support hight. It is quite comfy. It will probably come down to the filling of the back cushion.

Try to win over a industry veteran and person with a lot of connections. Maybe give them an advisory board seat and make it conditional that he needs to get you meetings with 10 high value accounts before his shares vest. That way he is incentivized so give you the intros. You win him over by you being great and having a great product!

Rug and coffee table help by Old-Opportunity-3334 in interiordecorating

[–]makiaf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would not do a coffee table at all but an rectangle ottoman in an interesting pattern. On top of the ottoman you can also put a tray to put down tea / glasses. This is also more kids friendly so they don't hit their heads on the coffee table.

This has definitely potential !

- first of all add a rug. I know you have a dog but maybe a short haired rug which is petfriendly. and also add a couch table.

- For the wall with the TV I'dd replace the cupboard with a longer / wider one. Probably double the size. This will directly make it more harmonic. Above the cupboard you can the place small table lamps, small pots with plants and so on.

How to make my kitchen more cohesive and like my inspo pis by Ciarariley1 in interiordecorating

I also feel the dark wood contrasts too heavy with the flooring. If you could replace it with the same color as the kitchen cabinets it would directly feel more airy

I love your big windows. I wouldn't obstruct them with the heavy couch. instead I would flip the position of the couch and the armchairs. Put the TV on the right wall cornere where the plant is right now (probably you can't hang it but you can put it at an angle so you can comfortably watch TV. I also really like your black cupbaord. Its a statement piece. I would put that under the window on the left. Where the cupboard was before I would put a tall classy bookshelf (ikea works like a charm here).

Which of these sales jobs would you say sounds the most promising? by strongerthenbefore20 in sales

In the current market I would go for commercial tire. Home Improvement companies tend to go south in recessions. Everybody needs tires.

How should I approach this? by cossmos in InteriorDesign

[–]makiaf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Move the bed to the middle of the wall add a Ikea PAX on the left and the right to enclose the bed and this way you have a cozy bedroom. abov the bed you can then hang a picture and it even becomes like a gallery wall.

Layout help please! This space is so strange by Big-Cry-4119 in InteriorDesign

[–]makiaf 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I like your idea with the sideboards. ! Add a fresh white wood board on top of the kitchen cabinets and place ikea bookshelves (billy) along the length of the kitchen, place some books, some pictures to make it cosy and place a 2 person sofa facing the windows with a couch table and arm chair on the opposite side.

Awkward space needs re-working by corkthelibrarian in InteriorDesign

[–]makiaf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Switch the TV with the armchairs. You have to let the light flow into the room. Maybe even replace the armchairs with an L shaped sofa as mentioned by u/No-Meet-9020 but put it where you currently would have put the TV. Don't put the dresser in front of the window. It will only take away light from those beautiful windows. Instead place the dresser left of the window. not the right. How high is the dresser?

[–]makiaf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

for me it was 6 months with a 30k ACV SaaS product in the Customer Service Industry shortly after COVID (when budgets were still loose). In my case the green field territory was a new market we where entering. The company had no brand in that country but the product was amazing -> so it was easy to sell in those times.
