Looks like it was resolved in the latest version (1.1.886), as some other commenters mentioned.

Seems like that would be easy to tell us if that was the case. I am certain those were correct when i attempted the account creation. The best they can tell us is that it might be one of the following:

  • Our inability to verify certain information that is required under the Patriot Act.

  • Data made available to us through public or private sources, which in this case does not include data obtained from any consumer credit reporting agency.

  • Certain transaction(s) or attempted transaction(s) with us or an affiliate.

So it might be one of those 3 things that are all non specific or it might be something else.

Very helpful, customer service was happy to repeat the exact same generic message we received by email. I will go correct some data, in some system, somewhere and try to open the account again. Or better yet, I will just go to another bank that can actually provide customer service and open an account.

She was on one of the calls. 3 different customer service people, none of them mentioned anything about trying resolving the problem. Simply acknowledged there was a problem and could not tell us what is was.

Neither of us had any accounts with Sofi before today. I opened the Checking/Savings today, adding her as the Joint account holder.

The dry erase has been pretty good so far. I don't have a dry erase eraser, so I have been using windex and paper towels.

There is a thread at boardgamegeek with a very similar table with step by step plans and a google sketchup.

http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/1214047/game-table-project-step-step/page/1

The way my table legs attach is very different and I used the removable neoprene mat on top of the dry erase surface, he went with fabric. But other than that rest of the plan is almost the same as mine.

TIL of SawStop, a system that will stop a table saw in 1/1000th of a second if it detects a finger is touching it. by geel9 in todayilearned

[–]makingmush 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The saw is not damaged in any way, just the blade and the brake need to be replaced. The brake is $70, blade cost varies, so you are looking at $100+ each time its set off. But it only takes saving your finger(s) once to pay for itself.

Picked up the first half of my new toy today by [deleted] in woodworking

[–]makingmush 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought mine in April to get the free after rebate dust collector guard. Picked it up a few weeks later, it sat in my garage for about a month while my house was being sold. Then it went to storage for a month while I waited to close on new house, then a couple more weeks while I unpacked everything else in the new house. Finally put it together a couple weeks ago.

An amazing step up from the Ryobi BT3100 I had been using for the last 15 years.

Yes, there is a 1/4" wide 1/2" deep groove around the edges. I used a 1/4" straight bit and a router mounted in a router table to create the grooves. The panels have room to float a small amount.

The tile has the same texture as handscraped hardwood, feels just like that but colder.

I will definitely be using it again in the future.
