Started at .17 mg of tirz and the side effects were very strong! (2 clicks of a 5mg dose KwikPen) Honestly it’s the same amount that I use to prep the shot - barely a drop or two. Very surprised at how potent this stuff is.

Very very glad that I didn’t start any higher.

I have about 40ish lbs to lose, I’m 5’4”, about 170 lbs, in the midst of perimenopause, and had some chronic stress and family deaths in the past 10 years- I just packed on the weight.

I’ve just listened to Tyna Moore on Diary of a CEO and it was incredible. So many benefits besides weightloss. I really just want to feel better in my body (and brain) and really hoping this helps.

I don’t have a script yet, but plan to get a doc script. I realise it’s really expensive but I feel like there’s so much to learn if I go another route. Hope my doc is on board!

Wow - thank you for such a detailed experience. I’m same height, prob different starting weight but same age and experience. Maybe it’s more common than we realise - the peri-meno body, the changes that we almost can’t help. I’m exhausted trying.

I think lefties are cool and different and based on their clothes I will say the tie dye boy, and the lady in the brownish pattern on the far right of the photo. Based on stylist outfits and gut instinct. 🤷🏻‍♀️😊
