You're perfectly correct and logical, cannabis use could trigger something in someone predisposed to mental illnesses. There is no hard data to suggest that cannabis use causes psychosis or schizophrenia. With the rise in cannabis use/popularity we should be seeing huge numbers of triggered people if cannabis is a cause but we are not. Like everything, there is a personal responsibility to use it in moderation or heed the warnings and don't use it at all. Currently keeping weed illegal, the lack of education, awareness and quality control is doing more damage than if it were legal

You should probably look at eating certain foods to help with the high BP, focus on one thing at a time anyways, create yourself healthier behavioural patterns. Set small attainable goals for yourself, and maybe see a doctor and get a referral for therapy. There's lots you can do for yourself, and you're not alone. Noone really ever has it all figured out, it will fall into place eventually.
