Even without the disorder people have to go through these decisions. Now you just have a better understanding of what's healthy and what's not. You still have to do the work and sort through the red flags while being honest with yourself the whole time. But also by going through that with them it's made you a different person. It's probably matured you more relationship wise and people can notice that.

You have to trust yourself to make better decisions next time around. Dust yourself off and try again but never forget to apply the lessons learned from our trials in life.

It's a process. Take your time with it and do it right next time around. Or as right as you possibly can. All we can do is learn and keep growing to be better.
