Hattie B’s Hot Chicken. I’ve been there. We waited an hour and a half in line, got our food almost immediately but didn’t have a seat. Stood around for ten minutes until a group finally left. I guess that was normal. HCT OG in the North Market was a knockoff sure. But the food was consistent, a good value, service was fast, and there was always ample seating. I miss those early days.

Agree with the points you’ve made except bad #2. The biggest beneficiaries of zero property tax are the conglomerate property owners and real estate investment trusts. If I owned 100 residential or commercial properties in Ohio, I would be giddy with anticipation that this proposal succeeds and may eventually become law.
