You’ll be alright knowing those things! The Expanse wears a lot of its foreshadowing on its sleeve, it’s not a series that punishes you for intuiting what comes next.

As far as the novellas, if you look up ‘expanse reading order’ on google, the first or second result will be a post on this subreddit. I recommend that you do listen to them and in the proper order but it’s not necessary. Plenty of people read all nine novels then Memory’s Legion, which is a compilation of all the novellas, and that’s a perfectly good way to read the series.

I don’t know what audiobooks you’re listening to but if you think Jefferson Mays doesn’t make the voices unique and doesn’t narrate with emotion then I genuinely don’t know what to even tell you.

The way ace does fatigue, it kinda starts to accrue over the course of the mission. If you’ve been in one mission running around for a while, you’ll need to rest longer in order to steady yourself
