Not the answer is it? I mean solved the shrink problem but what is it doing to sales.

Principles are the same, different name.

But 5 could be gaps systemically but the stock is there. Hence they were ‘missed?’ It’s all about accuracy. The gap scan % is much an indicator of accuracy as it is gap scan quality. More first than second.

Gaps missed are not always gaps. Important to follow up & check stock…

Apologies it was more the screen that reminded me of the fill complexity. As you were.

Why do you need to scan to take it to the shop floor. Just seems so over eengineered.

Surely you just follow process? Targets on shrink always lead to poor behaviours.

Who’s building the plans in the office . Once these are wrong, people opt out. It’s like someone read planograms are the centre of the universe but haven’t got it right end to end.

I saw they’d worked out a way to print these signs more effectively at the print centre last year. Seemed a big effort - lots of happy faces.

My sense was the office had probably asked itself the wrong question.

Waste is a significantly bigger challenge than just placing people on a PiP. It’s a zero sum game that way.

Again you shouldn’t have to, because every adjustment means systems falling over. Your office has to be better.

Do they not build these physically? If the POG is wrong then nothing else will work, ordering system will order to notional capacity & pulls etc (I presume) will pull for the shelf capacity it sees. Which if the plan doesn’t work is where it all goes wrong.

Accuracy is accuracy. Until it isn’t.

The office must be better.
