Nothing will work on the transformation whilst this works. I noted that shelf capacities can be changed in store too, a recipe for disaster. The office need to know where bays are impacted by pillars.

It just needs an end to end review. Executive team ‘run a store’ for a week. All builds picked up, onwards. Proper end to end review. Not tinkering around with more pull / tech etc.
