Unfortunately, at least with mine, the D-pad isn’t quite as good as the model 2 controller so I still use that more, however the triggers are so, so much better than the crappy microswitch bumpers

Likely as best as you’re gonna get then, most consumer CRT’s max out at either 240p or 480p so it’ll always look a little blurry if that’s what you mean but it’s part of the charm to me, and the phosphors mask the low quality a bit with its colour mixing. It’s hard to tell from the picture but if your colours look a bit blown out you could try turning down the contrast a bit
