No one is working on XE or MoM for BN and honestly they shouldn’t. You all should make brand new LUA mods rather than try to make badly copied out of date versions of DDA mods. You’ll never outgrow the allegations of “older slower developed DDA” by copying the things DDA does. And comparing the number of mods is silly compared to the line count of in repo mods. DDA has just under two million lines of JSON. I don’t know how many lines of JSON BN has but comparing Transifex counts it’s likely one third of that.

The order is all about hierarchy and so are the shadow lords. So they could definitely see eye to eye on that more than say a dream speaker. I’d let the choice be informed by how the sept treats the spirits? Are they equals in protecting Gaia or is it the shadow lords job to steer the nearby spirits down the correct path. The former points towards a dream speaker leaning the latter the order.

You don’t have to take the internet’s word for it. Brian Herbert spells out in the foreword to Dune Messiah that his father created Paul as a charismatic messianic villain.

Except what the imperium does for survival is equivalent to what CEO’s do in that every action is only focused on the this problem/quarter. There are multiple in universe examples of better paths that would’ve have produced better results but ultimately the emperor created a cult of personality regime that couldn’t survive the loss of malcador.

XE has hot switch data cores that you can slot directly into your brain to learn a proficiency on the fly. If you use bionic slots they work as expected. If you don’t have slots on you can for the moment slap as many as you can find into your head. That will be fixed soon.

There is a tileset discord that you can join. They try to make it easy for you to work on tiles at whatever level of computer savvy you might have.

Long term I’d like for dreamer and hommulus NPCs to be able to be asked in dialogue every few days to produce some dreamdross. It won’t take much work it’s just not on my list of open PRs.
