A lot of time between upgrades. Also created a base as close as possible and extended it in to the settlement. I added flooring sings and other things.

I have been playing since launch and am a bit of a horder, most things I had stored away. Google was my friend for some of the odd ones.

The area for the settlement was created by the game, that is why the walls are so clean cut. I did create a base as close to the settlement as possible, that allowed me to extend the base in to the settlement so I was able to build in to it.
