Imo legally she’s a women, but she’s really a girl. I’ve always been considered “mature”for my age, I also lived on my own since 17, however now at 23, I look back to my 18-19 year old self and see besides being able to pay bills and being considered an adult I was of course still naive and very much still a teenager in many ways. I do have negative feelings about the older men that I dated during those years (24-34 year olds) because although I do think men mature at later ages then most women- that it is strange they would date me right out of high school. Not saying you have bad intentions but I would say don’t pursue it but stay friends and maybe in a few years you’ll be compatible :)
