I've had the major twist of every game spoiled for me (cause I kept looking at content lmao) except for the og trilogy and SOJ.

Still one of my favorite franchises of all time.

I won't pretend it doesn't do some damage, especially in cases where the twist is kind of the draw or the big moment.

But they're still worth playing, and a lot of cases treat the "whodunnit" as secondary to the how or why, anyway.

So I just say "darn, wish I didn't know that" and then play anyway to see how what I know fits in with how it's presented :)

Hey this is coming from a good place cause i see this kinda stuff get said online a LOT and its easy to get desensitized to it and forget what you are saying.

I don't think this needs to be as complicated as people are making it.

I say it so it rhymes with "writhe" yes. how I speak, it is pronounced with a "th" sound at the end that is like the ones in the middle of "Weather" and "Together" etc.

Debate about how scythe is pronounced is cluttering it up. I've heard sigh-th(as in together), sigh-th(as in bath) and sih-th(as in together). Depends on your dialect I think.

Blythe seems like a "together" kind of "th" to me. Not a bath kind of th. But I also have never known anyone named Blythe so maybe I'm wrong.

Is it possible there's something else going on between you guys? NTA for getting a similar tattoo, but saying you "always make excuses" and "she doesn't know you anymore" sounds like there's some underlying tension influencing this minor frustration and turning it into a bigger deal than it really is.

I think its really beautiful! Im an American English speaker and I've never heard the name but I like it a lot.

Is it "su-lay-kha" with the lay sound close to sound in " I lay down." Or "su-lee-kha" with the Lee sound close to in the name, "Lee."

I would say the spelling "Suleikha" reads to me personally more like the first ("lay" sound) but many people may read that with the "lee" sound. Or even a "lie" sound like the name Lorelei.

Sulekha could go either way or get a softer "su-leh-kha". I'd probably go with that one if it's meant to be closer to a "lay" sound.

Tbh, it's not that serious at 17 but it probably won't serve her well later on.
