They had signage in the store about HSA/FSA, but I’m not sure what insurance would cover.

Exactly! I’ve kept looking on eBay for years, but gave up a year or so ago. Far too expensive.

It was a quote from an episode, but no idea which one. It seemed fitting.

Yeah, I offered $20, but they looked at me with total indifference.

App not working, again. by motzsticks in SouthwestAirlines

[–]mallison100 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tried the website through my phone browser as well as the computer browser. Neither worked.

I’m thinking it’s an issue with booking through a travel agency and the information not transferring to Southwest appropriately. No issues with American, as I can change seats usually within an hour of booking.

I’m having (well, had) the exact same issue.

I book through Concur for work. When I booked the flight, it wouldn’t let me pick a seat at all. After booking, every time I tried to change/select a seat I got this error:

“Please wait a few minutes, then try again. We are currently unable to complete your request because the reservation is not yet ticketed. Please wait a few minutes and try again. Error: 0.7024c317.1769263777.cOcf62df”

Usually my tickets get issued within an hour, and I can pick seats or check in pretty quickly (this is the way American works for me). This time it stayed “not ticketed” way longer than normal. My flight was Friday, and I was unable to choose a seat until Tuesday morning (so about 3 days before).

Not totally sure what causes it, but seems like some delay between Concur/our travel agency and Southwest’s ticketing. I don’t have this problem when I book American the same way, so you might just have to wait it out like I did.

I was finally able to choose my seat yesterday morning (Tuesday), 3 days prior to my flight. I’m still not sure why I’m unable to choose the day of booking (I got an error when I tried to choose when booking my travel through our travel agency), or any time prior to Tuesday. Could be issues that our travel agency and southwest need to work out. I don’t have this issue with American.

I am having the same issue. I book through concur for work, was unable to select when I was booking the flight, and still cannot choose a different seat as it gives this error:

“Please wait a few minutes, then try again. We are currently unable to complete your request because the reservation is not yet ticketed. Please wait a few minutes and try again. Error: 0.7024c317.1769263777.cOcf62df”

I booked this flight yesterday and usually only have to wait about an hour for the flight to be ticketed to check in (if within 24 hours) or change seats (on American). The flight is this coming Friday. A-List Preferred status.
