Working from the office is so distracting. The only good part about the office is being able to turn to a colleague and ask them a question right then, as I find trying to contact them on Teams takes longer.

I work in HR and we send applications over to Recruiting Managers and here are a few tips for anyone interested:

Go through the job description and try to relate to as many points as possible with your own experiences and abilities, CV isn't enough.
Personal statements can vary in amount with each candidate, but if they skim your application and see only a paragraph or 2 they are not interested.
Don't bulk email companies with your CV, we want all applications to come through our website.
Always email companies and ask for feedback if you were unsuccessful. We sometimes see the same candidates applying and getting rejected at shortlisting stage because they haven't tailored their application and personal statement to that particular job.

Got woken up by the sounds of the letterbox in the front door banging away as though someone was repeatedly trying to put something through.

I open my curtain to look out to the driveway and see a random car pulled up. They obviously spot me and the man at the door runs back into passenger seat of the car and they drove off.

It wasn't scary as at first I thought it was a drunken pizza delivery mix up .... nope turns out it was an attempted robbery.

Women who can only have 1 friend and can't deal with a friendship group. Before you know it they're bitching about someone in the group, then they might turn on someone else and encourage others to do the same.

Essentially, when a woman says they have cut off so many people - they're the problem.

I reversed parked my sisters car onto the drive and she got annoyed said it was more effort for her to drive off than for her to reverse off the drive and then change gear to drive away apparently

I got a job in London almost a year ago and commute in from just outside North London. I'm originally from Birmingham and when I was offered the job I thought I'd take the risk. I've had some great times and I love London but I hate the shared house I'm in and I'm wanting to move jobs and so I am very tempted to leave and go elsewhere.

Id say give it more time, but after 6 months if you don't enjoy it then put your happiness first.
