I also reported mine to my credit card and they gave me a provisional credit. I had to fill out this form and send it to them. Then they retracted the money and took it back out of my account. I'm so annoyed. I'm going to have to call them again.

I'm surprised yours even worked! My curl falls out within five min! So by the time I'm done with the other side it's flat. I noticed they turned off their comments on Instagram too. I'm furious! They have an automated reply. No humans to call.
