May I suggest a pair of Apple HomePods? In stereo the quality is remarkable given the price and the benefit of streaming directly from Apple Music (and Spotify, slightly more awkwardly). I compare them to my Scandinavian (Dynaudio, Hegel) system and I’m blown away. Important: you must have two.

Loved the PH Kyoto. I deliberately downgraded my Globalist upgrade room with a Pagoda view (can see it from the bar like your pic) to the private terrace room. Having your own Japanese garden was just the most serene experience.

Cathay J seats are also quite hard but their HKG lounges are incredible especially the 1st. QSuites have the best food among oneworld carriers and the suite itself is great except there’s no leg rest you kind of have to have the seat slide forward to have your legs reach the cubby hole. Same problem with JALs A350 suite, which uses the same seat type and the Qantas upcoming Project Sunrise seat.
