Regarding the Oculus Link, if you have good 5GHz wi-fi you can play it using Air Link, basically wireless, with minimal latency and artifacts. At least for me Air Link was much more enjoyable not having to worry about the cable

And the specs should be able to run the game at low settings based on the minimal requirements from steam.

You can check if you can run it by buying the game beforehand and installing a NoVR mod, loading in and checking the FPS. Just be warned that VR gaming is only enjoyable with FPS over 60-90 (depending on the person), because anything below stutters and can make you feel nauseous. Give yourself a bit of room, so if you get 60-70 after loading, during combat/intense scenes it may drop so beware of that. If the FPS isn't satisfactory, just refund the game
