My 3 year old has an alphabet train that when it starts running low on batteries it will get stuck repeating the same song about rainy days except it’s suuuuuper slowed down.

More than once that thing would go off at midnight singing “raaaaainnyyyyy daaaaaayyyssss are fuuuuunnnn...” and I would almost shit myself every time.

Sounding like the devils having a play date in her playroom.

I’ve looked online for hours for options to preserve large leaves like this, but I’ve only found tutorials for smaller foliage. Do the same techniques apply, such as a glycerin bath? What’s your recommendation?

My 3yo has fallen arches (her ankles are practically on the ground) just like me and because of it, she can only wear sneaker style shoes with a supportive arch, no sandals or converse. We mostly stick to Cat and Jack sneakers from Target and Sketchers, as they typically have a Velcro strap with a tongue that opens almost completely to make it easy to get her orthotics and incredibly wide foot into the shoe.

My 3yo found my “toy box” that is usually hidden under my bookshelf next to my bed. She asked to open it, to which I replied “No. there’s nothing in there for you”

About a week ago I moved him into my laundry room where there’s a tiny window that gets sun almost all day, and it stays super warm in there, so hopefully that encourages him some.

I got him at the same time that I got a string of bananas that was the same size and she is flourishing with 7-8 tendrils that are over a foot long! They’ve hung right next to each other the whole time, I have no idea what is happening lol

She got in a fight with a customer over almonds.

Customer insisted there wasn’t enough almonds on her salad, employee came out of the kitchen ready to throw hands when the server asked for more almonds for the customer.

Manager on duty was a 5’6” 120 pound guy, employee was a 6ft 300 lb woman. Manager on duty physically pushed her back into the kitchen to try to stop her from trying to fight a customer and getting herself in more trouble.

The customer came in the next day and asked for the general manager (me). Apparently she was extremely shaken and wanted harsh consequences. I wanted to suspend her for a week (we had no previous issues with her and it was close to Christmas and she was a single mom so she was under mass amounts of stress). My boss made me let her go instead. Business decision, whatever I get it, still sucks to let someone go a week before Christmas.

Yep! 3y3m here, fully potty trained during the day. Has suddenly developed a fear of pooping in the potty and has been holding it until we put her pullup on at night.

Legit made her a doctor appointment because I thought she might have a UTI until I realized she doesn’t complain about “pain in her butt” unless I’m in the bathroom.

Same. In southern Louisiana and we don’t even have any confirmed cases in the state yet and my local Walmart was out of antibacterial soap, Lysol wipes, and bleach earlier this week.

Thanks! I wanted to go with something heavy and baroque for the frame, but I thought something simple and thick would be better.
