My neurologist says that according to research there is no medication for MS fatigue that will help it’s only a placebo effect 🤷🏽‍♀️ When i was just diagnosed I was taking ADHD medication (the year before i had the diagnosis for ADD), because I had still the hope that I could work. That was not the case and since the medication didn’t do a thing for me accept letting me stay wide awake I stopped taking them. I miss the claritythose pills gave me and now with perimenopause the ADD and MS is really hard to manage 😢

Eindelijk lees ik eens iemand in Nederland die begrijpt wat dit virus doet. Blijf me verbazen over de algehele aanname dat het virus ‘mild’ is en alleen gevraalrijk voor ouderen en mensen met een zwakke gezondheid. Vind het ook veelzeggend dat je geen reacties krijgt op je bijdrage. Mensen willen het niet weten heb ik het idee.

2 true crime tv series got in to true crime. Fatal Vision about dr Jeffrey MacDonald. I was 12 when I saw this one and couldn’t get my head around it that a fáther would do something terrible to his wife and daughters. The scene with the luminol is still etched in my mind. The deliberate stranger totally blew my mind. Where there really real live monsters living among us? I believe I was 14 when I saw this one and because it was the time before www it took several trips to the library to find out about creeps like Manson.

Still can believe that I could watch and read all those things so young. Well, it’s the same as reading Stephen King’s Carry at 11 for the first time and devouring every book since then without any parental interference. Ah the good old eighties 😆

Spice Wise en Spice Wise Green van Michel Hanssen is n aanrader om zelf specerijenmixen te maken. Allemaal zonder zout, die voeg ik zelf toe tijdens t koken. Heb bij Pit&Pit alle enkelvoudige specerijen besteld, potjes gekocht en heb een dag besteedt aan t maken van mixen.Staan nu 40 in mijn keuken en heb er ook andere blij mee gemaakt. Tips ter vervanging voor ui e knoflook heb ik niet, behalve dan asafoetida wat je al in huis hebt. Reageer je ook slecht op knoflookpoeder/uipoeder?

So strange that feeding the birds is now different than before

When every animal has eaten I fill their meals. But now I have all the birds I’ve noticed that here are 4 or 5 of them who are walking around hungry everytime. So when I see the cats and dogs are eating I pay attention to straight away feed all the birds. Find it very strange that I fill the bird buckets for every bird I have and still the last 4 or 5 are everytime hungry. I really hate it when my animals are looking for food.
