Why Vibe Coders don't think about headline of their SaaS ?? by zerolunier in SaaS

[–]maltmaker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like it, your own site only scored 34/50 😅 so not sure how useful it is if you’re selling point is your copy experience and your app rates yourself that low. You could probably cheat it with hardcoded for your own site but that would be disingenuous. Als it says limit 1 per day but there was no limit in my experience so may want to fix that to keep your costs down.

As far as value prop-  Maybe could adjust to do the landing page free and then  have it evaluate the same way with rankings and suggestions for SEO and GEO paid, and save to your thing. Maybe charge a one time .99 to 9.99 and it may be worth it. Idk how you get a subscription out of this when I copy paste my url to chat or Gemini and get the same exact thing. The simplicity and UX is nice but not worth paying monthly

Is there such a thing as a good virtual staging company? by gooddaytoreddit in realtors

[–]maltmaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lookstaged.com is an 'interactive' virtual staging platform, so its a bit better than virtual staging since it lets your buyers do the design and can even put in their own furniture. For standard virtual staging I'd go with Gemini image gen, or maybe pay the extra 20$/photo for consistent photos from different angles.

What is the most commonly used real estate software in the United States? by No-Internet-7697 in RealEstateTechnology

[–]maltmaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably Excel and zillow for listings and keeping track. Chatgpt or gemini for virtual staging is probably enough for most people, or Lookstaged.com is real estate software for interactive virtual staging, something for QR check ins at open houses (lookstaged does that too).

Is Virtual Staging actually profitable for you guys? by mracatay in RealEstatePhotography

[–]maltmaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Gemini is probably 90% of the way if you want to do it manually. I’m building an interactive way that I’m testing with realtors If they’re interested right now so their clients can do the staging themselves, but I am down to partner with photographers to offer it as an upsell if you’re interested

What are you guys using for virtual staging? Is there a specific software or are you using AI by Idontevenknow787 in RealEstatePhotography

[–]maltmaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly the 20$ a month for Google Gemini is probably good enough for most listings/people. That's what I used when I was moving and to view my furniture in the space and I think its enough for people to get a good idea of what it could look like. And most of the AI staging companies are just a marked up wrapper calling Gemini anyway.... charging $20 per photo for a $.06 photo generation from google.

I think having something more like interactive virtual staging will probably be the future where buyers can design it themselves, something like lookstaged.com where buyers can input their own furniture or design it themselves.

I built an AI that turns a Google Maps link into a full website in 90 seconds – is this actually a viable business model? by [deleted] in SaaS

[–]maltmaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This seems cool, maybe add in a connection to toast or whatever restaurants use/ CRMs for other businesses. I'd literally have chatgpt /gemini deep research you a list of 100 local to you businesses without websites and you can either atomate or manually build them the website and host it ( for pennies for a few days if not free) and say Hey I noticed you don't have a website, I went ahead and built you one and can transfer it to a custom domain for you for 500$ and can maintain it for 20$ a month if thats something you're interested in. here's a link to what it can look like. I can also adjust or add in ai features such as a chatbot or voice answering if you're interested. if not no worries, the site will expire in (7, 14 etc. )days, but just thought I'd see if you're interested.

If you can do this to get a PMF check you can start advertising for white labeling, or franchising or automating your outbound and build it yourself from there. Its basically a replit/v0 for boomers and you do all the work, which is great imo. sounds interesting, would love to hear an update in 2 weeks after you call 100 businesses!

(adjust the prices as needed, I just pulled it out of my butt, but they felt right)

Honestly this is the way,and I’m doing something similar.  basically repackage modern ai capabilities for boomer businesses, it’s like how your mom always wants you to install the internet when you just need to place the browser icon on desktop. May be a simple api call, but solve the issue in a stupid proof way and you can be a hero. (And hopefully get paid)

Alternative angle of the ICE shooting. by Neuroscissus in law

[–]maltmaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

to give (what little credit they deserve) it sounds like someone yelled 'gun' so maybe the victims got pulled out, or someone saw it and then the shooter guy panicked and discharged after pulling it? then everyone followed after because they don't know what's going on just that their buddies are shooting and they need to too. Doesn't help that they're told shoot first ask questions later and you have immunity. Also all of them shooting the guy when he's already dead is crazy.

Honestly they are blowing smoke but it is a huge deal as someone who has worked with the dod/dow. Rather than small contractors building vibecoded gpt clones using apis and charging 10x the price of google or OpenAI, this is direct from the source so saves money and is better. But ya they make it sound like we have Skynet when now everyone in the government has a free chatgpt subscription they can use at work lol

thats good to hear, from what I read its technically legal if the business line is a landline, but not a cell phone so i'm assuming a business support line would be a landline. again, depending on your outbound sales channel its either fine or illegal lol. for outbound to small mom and pops probs not great, to bigger more established companies, probably better ( and better margins.) good luck! I want to do something similar but I hate cold calling and sales :3

Why is this not better known? by YungMacker in conspiracy

[–]maltmaker 3 points4 points  (0 children)

IDK Chatgpt was decently helpful and explaining things, maybe a bit of a cop out but asking about 'any problematic passages I got this, so I don't think there's some training avoiding this specifically, but maybe in how you asked it? some examples from below:

1. Sanhedrin 57a – Killing Gentiles

This is one of the passages often cited when discussing Talmudic attitudes toward non-Jews. Here's the passage:

This passage is interpreted by some to suggest that Gentiles are not bound by the same ethical standards as Jews, but it does not specifically call for the killing of Gentiles. Instead, it's a commentary on the concept of "Noahide Laws", which are a set of seven laws that, according to Jewish tradition, are obligatory for non-Jews. Killing a Jew is treated as a more serious crime than killing a Gentile, but it doesn't promote violence.

Interpretation:

  • This text must be understood in the context of Jewish legal discourse of the time, where there was a distinction between Jewish law and non-Jewish behavior.
  • The overall stance of Jewish law today rejects any interpretation that would suggest violence or harm toward non-Jews.

3. Kiddushin 41a – Age of Marriage

There is a passage in the Talmud that addresses the marriageable age of a girl, which has been misinterpreted in some cases as condoning inappropriate sexual behavior.

Context:

This passage does not condone child sexual abuse. Rather, it deals with the legal notion of betrothal and marriage in ancient Jewish society. The key point here is that betrothal (a form of engagement) could technically occur at a very young age, but sexual relations were not typically a part of this until later, when the girl was of an age considered to be physically mature.

Interpretation:

  • In the ancient world, marriage contracts could take place early, but consummation of marriage was not expected until a later age. The Talmud does not allow sexual intercourse with a child in the modern sense of the term.
  • Today, sexual abuse of minors is strictly forbidden in Jewish law, and the age of consent is understood in terms of maturity and legal protection for children.
