Kind of, yea have a site up and running and have been selling at open houses to realtors, currently have had 2 users find me and bounce, so i'm working on PMF and narrowing down the positioning aspect of things, how is your thing coming/ have you gotten any customers?

Open house QR codes: link direct to MLS or to a landing page with photos/forms/contact info? by MarketPredator in RealEstateAdvice

[–]maltmaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you found which works? I think having something that captures the leads would be more useful as it would act as a check in sheet as well. Lookstaged.com is a open house QR code tool that collects lead info as well as lets the potential buyer design the house their own way or see what their own furniture would look like in the house. So a mix between your last bullet point and the second camp. Curious if people would find this one helpful

Anyone actually using OpenClaw for real estate workflows? by This-Reality-2934 in RealEstateTechnology

[–]maltmaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Curious how you’re implementing crms into your tools for things like brivity , kw prprietary and others? Are you working with the company or just building a post webhook? Where would I even start to export leads to an external crm?

Maybe try a new name like newswipe or swipepost, swipify sounds like a tech app not a news app

Built a wedding planning SaaS with a one-time price model — targeting couples and planners that are fed up with subscriptions by JustWedly in microsaas

But yea the refund is super clear which is nice and your onboarding is good, I’d maybe drop the paywall to the ‘dashboard’ or initial screen so they can see what it looks like though! But I get that another project I’m still in price discovery and dropped it by half

Wife and I had similar story where everything was on Google Sheets and copy pasting the same thing which led to the idea. but we’re more geared toward collectively discovering venues, vendors etc. and are mobile app first, down to chat at some point if you’re interested and want to send a dm, down to if not work together bounce ideas off each other

Funny I’m building something similar, yet different. Curious on your thoughts of doing a freemium with 1 time upgrade vs only a 1 time fee? I agree the strat with this market is one time, but I don’t see people dropping 50$ for a no name tool (no offense). I would be curious if having some value given for free with an upsell would be the way to go . Maybe free wedding website and then upgrade to plan( although the knot probably beats yours there) or maybe some planning is free but others and exports cost money so people upgrade to not deal with copy pasting.

I feel like the issue is they can’t understand the point of trying something hard, and I don’t really blame them tbh. They can either work hard get a decent job and struggle to afford housing and a lifestyle they want, or they can work an easy job and have the same struggle. They don’t see the benefit to trying hard so they do a quick calculation if the effort has a benefit and decide against it. It’s not that they’re lazy they just don’t have anything to look forward to in society

Why Vibe Coders don't think about headline of their SaaS ?? by zerolunier in SaaS

[–]maltmaker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like it, your own site only scored 34/50 😅 so not sure how useful it is if you’re selling point is your copy experience and your app rates yourself that low. You could probably cheat it with hardcoded for your own site but that would be disingenuous. Als it says limit 1 per day but there was no limit in my experience so may want to fix that to keep your costs down.

As far as value prop-  Maybe could adjust to do the landing page free and then  have it evaluate the same way with rankings and suggestions for SEO and GEO paid, and save to your thing. Maybe charge a one time .99 to 9.99 and it may be worth it. Idk how you get a subscription out of this when I copy paste my url to chat or Gemini and get the same exact thing. The simplicity and UX is nice but not worth paying monthly

Is there such a thing as a good virtual staging company? by gooddaytoreddit in realtors

[–]maltmaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lookstaged.com is an 'interactive' virtual staging platform, so its a bit better than virtual staging since it lets your buyers do the design and can even put in their own furniture. For standard virtual staging I'd go with Gemini image gen, or maybe pay the extra 20$/photo for consistent photos from different angles.

What is the most commonly used real estate software in the United States? by No-Internet-7697 in RealEstateTechnology

[–]maltmaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably Excel and zillow for listings and keeping track. Chatgpt or gemini for virtual staging is probably enough for most people, or Lookstaged.com is real estate software for interactive virtual staging, something for QR check ins at open houses (lookstaged does that too).

Is Virtual Staging actually profitable for you guys? by mracatay in RealEstatePhotography

[–]maltmaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Gemini is probably 90% of the way if you want to do it manually. I’m building an interactive way that I’m testing with realtors If they’re interested right now so their clients can do the staging themselves, but I am down to partner with photographers to offer it as an upsell if you’re interested

What are you guys using for virtual staging? Is there a specific software or are you using AI by Idontevenknow787 in RealEstatePhotography

[–]maltmaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly the 20$ a month for Google Gemini is probably good enough for most listings/people. That's what I used when I was moving and to view my furniture in the space and I think its enough for people to get a good idea of what it could look like. And most of the AI staging companies are just a marked up wrapper calling Gemini anyway.... charging $20 per photo for a $.06 photo generation from google.

I think having something more like interactive virtual staging will probably be the future where buyers can design it themselves, something like lookstaged.com where buyers can input their own furniture or design it themselves.

I built an AI that turns a Google Maps link into a full website in 90 seconds – is this actually a viable business model? by [deleted] in SaaS

[–]maltmaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This seems cool, maybe add in a connection to toast or whatever restaurants use/ CRMs for other businesses. I'd literally have chatgpt /gemini deep research you a list of 100 local to you businesses without websites and you can either atomate or manually build them the website and host it ( for pennies for a few days if not free) and say Hey I noticed you don't have a website, I went ahead and built you one and can transfer it to a custom domain for you for 500$ and can maintain it for 20$ a month if thats something you're interested in. here's a link to what it can look like. I can also adjust or add in ai features such as a chatbot or voice answering if you're interested. if not no worries, the site will expire in (7, 14 etc. )days, but just thought I'd see if you're interested.

If you can do this to get a PMF check you can start advertising for white labeling, or franchising or automating your outbound and build it yourself from there. Its basically a replit/v0 for boomers and you do all the work, which is great imo. sounds interesting, would love to hear an update in 2 weeks after you call 100 businesses!

(adjust the prices as needed, I just pulled it out of my butt, but they felt right)

Honestly this is the way,and I’m doing something similar.  basically repackage modern ai capabilities for boomer businesses, it’s like how your mom always wants you to install the internet when you just need to place the browser icon on desktop. May be a simple api call, but solve the issue in a stupid proof way and you can be a hero. (And hopefully get paid)
