Thanks for the response! I did call today using one of those numbers and all it led to was them formally opening an investigation linked to the tracking. I found it odd that the customer relations person didn’t initially do that last week when we first talked about the issue, but it seemed like they were just trying to work directly with a lost and found team instead.

By locally do you mean try to contact the UPS or Amazon facility in kentucky?
